Suction cups work well on non-porous, smooth surfaces like tile, glass, fibreglass, or metal. Before mounting the suction cup, surfaces should be completely clean and free of dirt and soap film.

The robot suction cup has a light and compact form and includes a pneumatic vacuum generator as well as all the features required to control the vacuum. The suction cup gripping interface enables load adaptation.
To install the suction cup, first, build the mounting interface on the robot using the supplied screws, then, secure it beneath the interface. Connect the M8 cable to the gripper’s wrist and the gripper to your compressed air network. Then, via the USB key, install the URCap plugin to make CVGL programming easier.
