  • The Phoenix series offers take -times available for sprue separation and parts removal. Self-lubricating pneumatic drive system affords low maintenance, exceptional stability and reliability. This series of robots are constructed on modular principle to ensure high precision and lightness. The main arm rides vertically on a linear slide-rail and slides horizontally (crosswise) on two roller guide-ways, no maintenance is required and smooth running and the elimination of play/slack is ensured. Travel cushions on the vertical axis minimize vibration and ensure smooth deceleration; hydraulic shock absorbers are fitted on the crosswise axis for efficient damping.
  • For maximum flexibility the arm can be easily adjusted to release runner/parts at the operator or the rear side of the machine.
  • Swing angle can be freely adjusted between 60 to 90 degree through a positive but easily adjusted location  fitting on the cylinder-driven oscillating arm.
  • The manual clamp system on the Phoenix series of robots allowed them to swing clear of the mould area in seconds; without the use of tools built-in ratchet mechanism, which controls motion of the robot arm out of the mould area, enables easy mould changes or maintenance.
  • Control system:
    • Palm controller with dialogue type operation interface, the display language is changeable.
    • Eight(8) sets built-in programs and 12sets TEACH programs can meet all the requirements.
    • Fifty(50) sets memory for mould, easy to set while changed mould.
    • Automatically detecting, displaying and recording the failures.
    • Screen can display all the input/ output connections points, convenient for fast maintenance.
    • LED display important signal, such as Safety Door, MOP, Open/ Close Mould
    • A large LCD display provides simple programming and setting of all parameters.
    • There are eight(8)standard programs of preset motion sequences are installed and additionally, up to
      twelve (12)"Teach programs(created by the operator)can be stored.
    • The built-in memory can record up to fifty(50)sets of mould programs making this series of robots fully capable of meeting nearly all processing requirements.
    • Performance, speed, stability, and durability...all key attributes of the Phoenix series swing-arm robots make them ideally suitable for sprue separation and parts removal on injection molding machines from 15 tons to 400 tons.
  • Connecting:
    • Connected with output point to control conveyor or Silicon Spray Device.
    • Timer and Counter can be set under AUTO MODE.
    • CE models are available, conformity with EUROMAP and SPI standard, enclosed standard connect interface.
    • Spare output ports are available for controlling various auxiliary equipment such as: conveyor indexing, indexing, silicon spraying and de-gating etc. Audible and visible operational fault diagnoses are included as standard. Operational sequences and setup parameters are programs are permanently saved even if power is shut off.
  • Telescopic Vertical Arm:
    • The telescopic version uses an unique Nylon belt transmission mechanism inside the vertical arm assembly ,this rides on a linear slide-rail for extremely fast moving speed, this design is particularly suitable for low head-room installations.
  • High Speed, High Efficiency, Low Noise, Long Use Life, Super Economy 
    • Phoenix series is swing-arm robots with Single Stage and Telescopic Type:
    • Vertical stroke of Single Stage have 550mm and 650mm, suitable for all types of horizontal injection machine under 150T.
    • Vertical stroke of Telescopic Type have 650/750/850/950mm, suitable for horizontal injection machine under 400T. Full function robot(with “V”), enclosed with vacuum generator and standard suction assembly, simple function doesn’t have, but both have rotate function.
  • Super strong structure, wear resistance, abiding, low vibration, long use life.
    • Easy to adjust the direction of Swivel-out by using a wrench, no need change tube and switch, which can save time.
    • Just loosen the screws by a wrench, the machine can be rotated, it’s convenient and fast to change the mould, rising efficiency.
